The Reportify Story
From an assessment gap to a measurable model
India's K-12 system still leans heavily on marks—while parents and boards increasingly ask for evidence of character, participation, and growth. Reportify began at IIM Lucknow, where conversations with educators surfaced how rarely report cards reflect that fuller picture.
That work became the Co-curricular Skill Development (CSD) Framework—a structured way to translate classroom and co-curricular signals into scores families can trust and teachers can defend. Today we partner with schools to put that model into everyday workflows, not slide decks.
Reportify's scoring is fully data-driven by design. The Co-curricular Skill Development (CSD) score is computed objectively from participation data — so two students with identical activity profiles always receive identical scores, regardless of who their teacher is. We believe consistent, reproducible data is the foundation of fair student assessment.
